AWANA

Awana is a ministry that is all about fun with a purpose — to win and grow kids for Christ. Our Awana program has clubs for children from Pre-K through 6th grade. (The Pre-K program exists for children of Awana leaders.) Awana consists of a fun and exciting Game Time, Handbook Time, and Council Time each Wednesday evening at TCC in the multi-purpose room.

Each Awana club has its own age and content-appropriate handbooks to guide children on their spiritual adventure:

Cubbies is a preschool club for the two years preceding kindergarten. We require a parent volunteer for Cubbie participation.
Sparks is a club for kindergarten through 2nd grade.
T&T (Truth and Training) is a club for 3rd through 6th grade.

Our Awana ministry also includes special events such as a hike in Bond Park, friendly regional competitions such as Spark-a-Rama — a Sparks game activity, Awana Games — a T&T game competition, and a T&T Bible Quiz competition with other churches in the area.

Awana is open to any child in the community. We meet Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 8:15pm at Triangle Community Church (click here for directions).
