FAQ - NOAH'S LANDING

How do I enroll my child/children in Noah's Landing?
When visiting for the first time, a blue visitor’s card should be filled out with the information for each child entering
a Noah’s Landing classroom. If your family will be attending regularly, you may choose to enroll your child permanently by filling out a yellow permanent enrollment card. Ask the Noah’s Landing Welcome check-in attendant for more information.

What are the safety procedures?
The Noah’s Landing hallway is monitored before, during and after the services to ensure the safety of your child. The only people permitted in the Noah’s Landing hallway are Noah’s Landing children, Noah’s Landing Parents, and Noah’s Landing volunteers. You and your child will receive corresponding security numbers upon check-in. You must present your security tag when picking up your child…no exceptions.  All of our volunteers are carefully trained and screened to insure the safest environment possible.

Are there any health restrictions?
Children who show signs or symptoms of fever or contagious disease should not be brought to Noah’s Landing.

How do I check-in & pick-up my child/children?
Children can be checked-in at the appropriate check-in table 10 minutes before the start of each service and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. To prevent significant classroom disruptions, we ask that parents leave their child in the classroom for the entire service unless your child’s number is called beforehand. For security purposes, check-in will close 15 minutes after the service starts.  Please note that our classroom doors will be closed at 8:45 am, 10:15 am and 11:45 am. No children will be accepted after these times.

CHECK-IN TIMES:
1st Service: 8:20am-8:45am
2nd Service: 9:50am-10:15am
3rd Service: 11:20am-11:45am

How will I be notified if my child needs me during the service?
We will page a parent if a child cries consistently for 10-15 minutes and/or when their behavior becomes unmanageable.  If parents are needed, their tag number will appear below the screens during the service. We ask that one parent report immediately to Noah’s Landing.

How can I volunteer in Noah's Landing?
Volunteers are always needed either to serve on Sunday mornings or during the week preparing for Sunday. Please contact the Noah’s Landing Director if you are interested in joining our team!

Are there any other tips or suggestions that may be helpful?

Please label your child’s belongings. For children not potty trained, please provide diapers and wipes. We discourage parents from allowing their child to bring their own toys into class, as it is easy for them to be misplaced or forgotten.

Who can I contact if I have further questions?
You can contact Michelle Underwood, Director of Noah's Landing.
