CHILDREN'S ENVIRONMENTS - SAFETY

NOAH'S LANDING CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
In order to provide a safe environment for our Noah’s Landing children we have developed a secure area where only approved volunteers and parents/guardians are allowed when children are present. You must have a child or security tag to be admitted into this area.

Visitors: Visitors must fill out a visitor’s information card completely at the Noah’s Landing Visitor’s Welcome desk. Based on the child’s birthday they will be assigned a classroom. The child will receive a nametag with a security number on it and the parent will receive a corresponding security tag that they will show when picking up there child after the service.

Enrollment: When a family decides that they are going to attend TCC on a regular basis they must fill out an enrollment card for each child and then the child will be place on the permanent class list. When they check-in each week they will go to the check-in table that corresponds with the class the child is enrolled in. The child will receive a numbered nametag and the parent will receive the corresponding numbered security tag.

Allergies: Children with food allergies will have nametags that are in red and the allergy noted next to the child’s name.

Check-in: Check-in begins 10 minutes before the service begins and closes 15 minutes after the service starts.

Check-out: Parents must line up in a single file. Children will be dismissed one at a time. A security tag with the right corresponding number must be presented in order to release a child to their parent/guardian.

PROMISELAND CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Enrollment:
Every child in Promiseland needs to be registered.  To easily complete your child's registration, click on 2009-2010 Registration.  You will be asked for contact information as well as basic information about your child, including allergies and special needs.  Computers are also available for registration Sunday mornings at each check-in table.

Check-in: Check-in begins 15 minutes before the service begins and closes 5 minutes after the service starts.

  • The kindergarten/1st grade check-in table is in room 204.  You and your child receive matching nametags.  Any allergies or special needs will be indicated by a red heart on your child's nametag.  If your child needs you during the service, the nametag number will be displayed in the sanctuary.
  • The 2nd/3rd grade check-in table is in room 202.
  • The 4th/5th grade check-in table is at the back of the Promiseland hallway.

Check-out: Promiseland ends at 10:20am and 12:20pm.

  • To pick up your kindergartener or 1st grader, enter through room 204, pick up your child, and exit through room 205.  Your nametag number will be compared to your child's nametag number.  We definitely want your child going home only with you!
  • To pick up your 2nd or 3rd grader, enter through room 202 and exit through room 201.  A parent must pick up 2nd and 3rd graders.
  • Pick up your 4th or 5th grader from Mission Control immediately behind the church.
