ABOUT
Tom & Iris have been in ministry for almost 40 years now, 20 of those in China. While in China they equipped emerging national church leaders with theological education and Tom pastored two churches in Beijing.
Tom earned his Masters degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and PhD from the University of North Texas. Now Tom and Iris live in Orlando, where he serves as Director of Research and Leadership Development for Pioneers International (U.S. Mobilization Base). Tom works with the Executive Team in Orlando, leading several initiatives to better equip the field staff to be more fruitful in the countries where they minister.
Iris works on the Member Development team in Orlando, serving some 300 Pioneers staff in East and Mid Asia – providing counsel, spiritual direction, and support when they briefly travel back to the States. Iris is also a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary.
