This Wednesday is Military Appreciation Night! Show your pride in those who serve in the Armed Forces of the United States of America! Honor those who serve in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and our Coast Guard. Write a letter to a soldier, sailor, or airman. Your letters will be collected and sent to the troops serving at home and abroad. Use the term “Dear Service Member” or something of your choosing to start your letter. Tell them you admire their courage. Tell them you’ll pray for them to accomplish the mission and then return home safely. Tell them you’re proud to be an American because of people like them! Tell them thanks for preserving freedom and liberty! Don’t forget to wear an army hat, put on a camouflage shirt or some camouflage pants! You can wear something that bears the American flag – the symbol of the country for which these brave Americans risk their lives. Let’s honor our military tonight, and pray for them tomorrow. (Please no military weapons.)
If you’d like to write to Miss Rachel’s husband, who is in the Army, his name is Mr. Rob (Lange).
